Good morning,

There is a lot in the air at the moment, political changes, ecological fear, economic fear, war and more. If you are feeling stressed or worried at the moment, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. I want to invite you to remember our Common Humanity and the innate goodness that lives within us all.

This can be hard to grasp sometimes when there are atrocious acts happening in the world and that is understandable.

I invite you to connect with the place inside of you that cares deeply; about your fellow humans and non-human beings, about our earth, about your family, and now notice all the other humans also caring deeply about these things. All these people caring and calling for love and healing. Sense the goodness in our world and notice this is a natural part of our humanity.

Finding a sense of calm in our present moment supports our nervous system and allows us to access this caring more easily. So this weeks meditation (below) is a mindfulness of breath meditation. Helping you find your breath in the present moment, sitting, resting, allowing everything to be as it is.
